Support through change.

Individualized therapy for adults, teens, and young adults.

Therapy is for everyone.

Change doesn’t always come easy. Sometimes challenges get extra tough and we need people to support us through them. I offer therapeutic services to those who are challenged by stressful life events.

Whether the change is intentional or not, therapy can help.

I love to recognize people as people and not label them by the challenge they are experiencing. Here are some things that you may be struggling with that I can support you through:

  • challenges at work or school

  • challenges with relationships (friends, bosses, parents, mother-in-laws, siblings, etc.)

  • overwhelming thoughts that are slowing you down or making it so you are not reaching your goals

  • feeling down

  • feeling like you do not have goals

  • overwhelmed with past challenges that you can’t stay in the current moment

  • feeling overwhelming sadness

  • missing a loved one who has passed

  • issues figuring out how to adult

  • or even just needing someone to talk with

I believe therapy is for everyone.

Ema Beilke, LCSW.

Since childhood, I knew I wanted to be in the helping field. Connecting with others and collaborating to overcome challenges is what I have devoted my career to. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have been fortunate to work in a variety of clinical settings. I’ve worked with youth in residential treatment, with adults facing critical illness in the hospital, those facing acute mental health challenges in the outpatient and hospital setting, as well as supporting those in recovery through connecting in an outdoor setting. In addition to those few examples, I am also humbled by my own kids and the lessons they teach me everyday.

I believe my clinical expertise focuses on creating an authentic connection with others by recognizing your humanness and supporting you in whatever it is you’re challenged by. I have developed a tool kit of skills to help people make life a little easier and I’m willing to share.

Lean on a professional for support:

I am trained in a number of models that help problem-solve challenges people often face.

Finding the best tools for you is my job. Let me do some of the work.

Below are some of my tools:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – Identifies and challenges negative thought patterns.

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) – Incorporates mindfulness and distress tolerance (helps with emotional dysregulation).

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) – Helps work with different internal “parts” to find healing.

  • Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) – Short-term, goal-oriented approach.

  • Motivational Interviewing (MI) – Helps clients resolve ambivalence about change.

  • Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) – Uses meditation and awareness practices.

  • Dual Process Model for Grief and Loss – Recognizes that grief is not a "one-size-fits-all" process.

  • Ecotherapy – Uses nature-based interventions to improve mental health.

  • Nervous System Regulation – Helps improve overall well-being, ability to manage stress, and maintain optimal functioning.

  • Family Systems Therapy – Examines family dynamics and patterns.

  • Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT) – A structured approach for trauma survivors.

  • Yoga – Integrates mind, body, and breath, promoting overall well-being while addressing physical, emotional, and psychological challenges.
